The overall case closure rate at 31 October 2011 is at 86%.  NSW continues to improve its monthly closure rate due to the assistance of regional court personnel with the coding of cases.

Overall, document attachment rates are consistent and timely across each jurisdiction.  Autopsy and toxicology reports have only recently been collected for SA and QLD, and attachment  rates will increase throughout coming months for these two jurisdictions.
